Feathered Throat

I just love the delicate feathers on this lovely hummingbird’s throat. This looks like a female Anna’s Hummingbird, based on the dusky underparts with extensive dark mottling, dusky spotted malar region and green mottling on the sides. The fluffy feathers are just part of the molting process. The flowers are bright pink foxgloves, which are favorites with the hummingbirds

Face mounted acrylic prints are printed on metallic paper and face mounted to an acrylic front. They are ready to hang and provide a crisp clean look on your walls. The result is breathtaking. You can actually see through the picture when you hold it up to the light, but not when it is hanging on the wall. On the wall, it looks as though it is lit from within. This is my preferred way to print my photographs.
