Make Our Planet Great Again > Krinkle Cut French Fries and Lions

When I look around my studio home, I find art and books I forgot I made! I found this one. I took a photo of a Lion, traced it, made a rubber stamp, and stamped the image on this yellow paper. I had scissors with scalloped edge blades. I cut these orange shapes with those scissors. I put it all together and photographed it with my copy stand (no lights). When I found this in my studio home, I thought "Oh, those orange things look like Krinkle Cut French Fries". So We got Krinkle Cut French Fries and Lions. (No computer used for this). Thank You, Artist Joy Johnson

My name is Joy Johnson. I am a Photo Montage Artist. I've always loved the montage. It’s an art form when anything can be together and anything can happen. All the elements of my montages are my own original photographs. I used to use my 35mm camera, scissors, copy stand, no lights, and a secret step to make my montages. In 2003 I got my computer. You can guess which arts I did which way! Thank You, Artist Joy Johnson.
