"Recently I’ve been painting imaginary landscapes that are inspired by impromptu plein air work. There are many transparent layers of paint applied and removed until I feel the correct emotion and color of the mood I’m attempting to capture is realized. I use oils and traditional mediums on wooden or hardboard panels.
