It was late in the Florida winter when I found these wild berries growing, leafless, on their stalks. The shape of the entire cluster was intriguing to me. I have added some tonality to give the image some depth, age and a more tactile sense. I wanted to create the look of this cluster as possibly hanging down the side of a wall of an ancient building in Sardinia.
