Door 11 is a composite of multiple views of a structure at the decommissioned naval base in Alameda, CA. The views were blended though the process of hand weaving. Original artwork is 21 x 39 inches framed.
My work is rooted in the idea that the spaces we build exert a powerful influence on our movements as well as our feelings of connection to place.
