In her most recent body of work, Kuhn expands her well-established, sensual vision of the human form into a challenging new environment of fragmented architectural lines and ambiguous planes of vision. Taken in the Joshua Tree National Forest of Southern California, Acido Dorado incorporates the golden light of the desert with a spirit of 1960s futuristic experimentation.
