This is my second painting of Golden Gate Bridge, and to date the largest at 57 inches by 21 inches in the included frame by a noted San Francisco framer. It is an oil painting on a custom linen ground. I call this painting sky quake because of the turbulence and contrails in the sky above the bridge. It was painted between 2008 and 2010, taking 2 years to complete due to drying times for the transparent pigments.
